Most in-stock retail orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment clears, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking when it ships (when tracking is available for your method).

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and to approved international destinations offered at checkout.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges and available methods are calculated at checkout based on your address, package size, and weight.

Digital gift cards

Sterling Protector Case gift cards are digital only. They are delivered by email and do not ship as a physical product.
